The passage so far is remarkably smooth for this body of water but still we need to regain our sea legs because there is a bit of rocking and rolling.
This morning's agenda didn't contain anything that was of burning interest for me so I decided to take the morning off, read a bit, work on the computer a bit and generally relax. Actually I slept almost all morning, got up for lunch and slept much of the afternoon as well. Got my laundry together and sent it off with fingers crossed that it is returned before tomorrow night. Watched the DVD of the cruise put together by the ship photographer. It is well done but focuses a good deal on the excursions I didn't take so I don't think I will shell out the $60 to buy a copy.
After dinner two of the crew read out some of the questions they had been asked on previous cruises. They didn't use any of the ones from this trip for fear of embarrassing someone. I don't remember many of the questions but here is a sample: Does the cost go all the way around? Do seals lay eggs like penguins? Are penguins birds?
Dinner was "turkey bits" in paprika sauce. The turkey tasted like dried out pork to me so I only had two little bits. I think the vegetable was a spinach mixture of some sort. It was alright. The French mustard soup was different than and not as good as the one by the same name earlier in the week.
